We spoke to consumerist executive regarding the posting and reference that was on their website assuming that the Tom's Hardware article with respect to our dealing with Nguyen was credible. With all of the facts on hand they decided that the responsible thing to do was to remove their article from their blogsite.

The Tuan Nguyen incident has been nothing more than internet fraud and deception notwithstanding the continuing attacks by Tom's Hardware and Nguyen on the Mac Community.
